Random questions I've been wondering. I remember mom talking about eggs and cholesterol. Are eating large quantities of eggs good for you and are you buying free range hormone free etc eggs? How are you making this diet change affordable to you? I am feeding five people usually. Love Tansy
ReplyDeleteYou should create a salsa and guacamole for people who are craving chips and salsa. What would you use instead of chips I wonder? Could you make kale chips somehow? I know you can but how would you do it without a dehydrator. Do you have one? Love Tansy
ReplyDeleteBoth Salsa and guacamole are in this diet and easy to do. Chips are another matter. I have made Kale chips before and they are super tasty but would disintegrate if you tried to dip them. There is a recipe for chips but you need a tortilla maker for it and that's the one gadget I do not have.
